How a session works
Book
55 minutes, yours. Come sauna ready and arrive ten minutes early. There's no changing room at Luss.
Heat & dook
Our perfect hour: 15 in the heat, 10 in the loch, back in for more. Never more than 15 minutes in at a stretch.
Drink water
A lot of it. You'll be doing a lot of sweating. That's rather the point.
The warden's one rule
Luss Main or Luss South car parks only. No parking in the village, cheers.
Ten minutes on foot from either car park. Head for the Lifeboat House and follow the smell of woodsmoke.
