How it works

Once your 55 minute session has been booked, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your session begins to get yourself ready for the experience.
After that, you can use your session how you like. Our perfect session would be 15 minutes in the sauna to start with, followed by a ten minute dook in the water, and another 15 minutes in the sauna. We don't recommend spending any longer than 15 minutes in the sauna at a time, and make sure to drink plenty of water, you'll be doing a lot of sweating!

Parking Notice.
When you visit us, please use the designated Dumbrock car park only. No parking on the lane, cheers!
The sauna is around 5 minutes walking distance from the car park.
